I somehow missed reading this article the other day. It is journalist Chris Cooper’s spot-on analysis of the recovery process on the Gulf Coast. When people ask “Where is all the money? Why is it taking so long?”, this article provides the answers. This makes me want to go back and read his book, Disaster, that he co-write with Robert Block.
